Jen: Lindsey, I am married to a former soldier. He served 6 years in the Navy, got out, the was recalled to active duty and sent to Iraq with a Marine Force Re-con unit as a corpsman and a gunner. It wasn't until I watched Stop Loss, and found this site that I realized just how tough it was. I know that sounds naive, but he never let me in on anything and said all was well. When he came home he was ...

I know how hard it's going to be having to deal with him being deployed only so much compared to what you and many others are having or have faced going through depolyment(s. After he graduated last year he was stationed at Washington DC and he will be in Iraq next month. We kinda like dating but then we're both scared to have a commitment. Michael R. Bernstein: Anyone who has problems with PTSD or injuries, PLEASE goto WoundedWarriorsProject.
I was diagnosed with PTSD a year after my deployment to Iraq.
I had a breakdown in June which caused me to lose EVERYTHING.
Wounded Warrior Project gave me back some life.I met a lot of servicemen who are now my friends for life.
In fact, I'll probably move to Spokane to be with them.

Your mutual love and dedication will keep your relationship strong in the end. And most of all, like...

Barshier AKA Spc. Robinson: So for the first time a real movie about what the families go through. As a service member that has already went and getting ready to go back I know that it is harder to be married to a solider than to be one. So thank you to all the spouses that have stayed by there soldiers.
